Departmental Admission Criteria

Students must have completed MIE 201, 210, 211, 230; MATH 233, PHYSICS 152 with an overall GPA of at least 3.400.

Program Requirements

• 2 courses selected from the following options:
  • Any M&I-ENG honors course at the 300-level or higher
  • Any pre-approved 500-level M&I-ENG course
  • Any M&I-ENG course at the 600-level or higher
  • ENGIN 351H 
• Honors Thesis or Project. Options include:
  • Honors Thesis or Project. M&I-ENG 499Y Honors Research and either M&I-ENG 499T Honors Thesis or 499P Honors Project
