Departmental Admission Criteria

Students must have completed MIE 201, 210, 211, 230; MATH 233, PHYSICS 152 with an overall GPA of at least 3.400.

Program Requirements

• 2 M&I-ENG honors courses selected from M&I-ENG 313, M&I-ENG 413 and ENGIN 351H; M&I-ENG 313 and M&I-ENG 413 must include the affiliated honors colloquium, M&I-ENG H313 and M&I-ENG H413 respectively
• Honors Thesis or Project. Options include:
  • Honors Thesis or Project. M&I-ENG 499Y Honors Research and either M&I-ENG 499T Honors Thesis or 499P Honors Project
