Program Requirements

• 1 CHEM-ENG honors course any level
• 1 CHEM-ENG honors course 300-level or higher
• Honors Thesis or Project. Options include:
  • Individually contracted: CHEM-ENG 499Y Honors Research and CHEM-ENG 499T Honors Thesis

Notes:

• CHEM-ENG 535, 571, 575, 578, 590C, 590D, 592B, 597D, M&I-ENG 290H, CHEM 551, 657, and PSE 501 have been pre-approved for DH requirements.
• Only one CHEM-ENG Independent Study Honors ("ISH") course may count toward DH requirements.
• When offered, 1cr CHEM-ENG 291H, 391H and 491H seminars plus their pre-requisite non-honors root course are acceptable as DH electives.
