Program Requirements
- 1 ANTHRO honors course any level
- 1 ANTHRO honors course 300-level or higher
- Honors Thesis or Project. Options include:
- Individually contracted: ANTHRO 499Y Honors Research and ANTHRO 499T Honors Thesis
- Notes: In addition to the above, ANTH honors students must complete these modified Anthropology major reqts: 1 course must be 300-level or higher in 3 of 4 subfields in ANTH, including: 1 culture area course and 2 courses in topical or theoretical area (e.g., social organization, human evolution).
- When offered, 1cr ANTH 291H, 391H and 491H seminars plus their pre-requisite non-honors root course are acceptable as DH electives.
