William Conard-Malley

Will has pale skin, close cropped dark hair, and is wearing glasses. Will is currently working towards his masters in the History program here at UMass Amherst. His passion for history was stoked from a young age, and he honestly can’t imagine himself studying anything else. He graduated from Hobart College in 2017 with a History and Theatre double major and a minor in Music. While at Hobart, Will had the opportunity to present original research at the Southeastern Theater Conference’s 2017 convention in Lexington, KY. The abstract for this paper appeared in the Summer 2017 issue of Southern Theatre, the Conference’s magazine. Will combines his seemingly disparate degree interests in his areas of study which include maritime history, performance and theater history, and the early American republic. In addition, he works as a Museum Educator and Tour Guide at the Webb-Deane-Stevens Museum in Wethersfield, CT.
