Professor Audrey Altstadt just published an op-ed, “Partnerships with Corrupt Regimes Are Not in the National Interest,” in The National Interest. This article is a rebuttal of an earlier piece by the Heritage Foundation's Luke Coffey, which argued that Azerbaijan makes a "good partner" for the United States.
