Becca Lo Presti
Ph.D. Student, Public History Student
BACKGROUND
Becca Lo Presti (she/her) is a Ph.D. student interested in the material culture of disability, health, and medicine with a focus on vernacular methods of navigating such experiences. She has presented her research at the University of Manchester, the Vernacular Architecture Forum, and the Delaware Antiques. Show. Becca previously worked at the Mattatuck Museum and the Vermont Granite Museum in addition to internships at Historic New England, Hancock Shaker Village, and the Winterthur Library. She has her MA from the Winterthur Program in American Material Culture and her BA from Hofstra University.
