2021 Holiday Card Art Contest

Win a $250 Prize. Open to all HFA undergraduate and graduate students.

Together Again

The College of Humanities and Fine Arts will feature work by a student artist on its 2021 Winter Holiday Card, focused on the theme “Together Again.” Students are encouraged to reflect on community, humanity, diversity and inclusiveness, celebration, and hope, but all appropriate interpretations of the theme are welcome. The college’s celebration of the winter holidays and the new year is non-denominational and inclusive, and these principles will be kept in mind when the committee makes its selection.

Competition Details

The winning artwork will be selected by a committee of faculty, staff, and students and featured on a card to be sent by Dean Barbara Krauthamer to alumni, UMass Amherst faculty and administration, and other friends of the college. The winning student’s name, artwork title, and artwork details will be included inside the card. The winner will also receive a $250 Visa gift card.
