C. Marjorie Aelion is a Professor Emerita of Environmental Health Sciences and former dean of the School of Public Health and Health Sciences at UMass Amherst. Her research examines ethnic and socio-economic disparities in exposure to environmental contaminants such as heavy metals, and their effects on health outcomes.
