Ashiah Richeme-Alcide, M.A.

Ashiah Richeme-Alcide is a native of Connecticut who holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Arts from Southern Connecticut State University. She recently served UMass Amherst as the Associate Director for Student Development in CMASS. She has worked in the arena of Higher Education since 2012, starting her career in Residential Life, merging with New Student Orientation before transitioning into Diversity Equity and Inclusion. She has experience in Title IX and nondiscrimination investigations, student conduct, Greek life, social justice training, advising/coaching as well as event management. She has direct experience with sororities and fraternities as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc , as well as working with UMASS SFL members. She is active member in her sorority’s local chapter in Springfield, and is the knowledge community chair for Women in Student Affairs NASPA Region 1. She is a student centered community organizer who believes in community building, and accountability from the heart. She is a first generation Haitian American cis-gendered female, loving mother, wife and woman of faith who is a movie junkie and huge foodie.
Thomas Martin, M.Ed

Thomas Martin is a native of Rhode Island who holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont, where he joined Phi Delta Theta in 2005. He holds a Master of Education from the University of West Florida, where he served as Fraternity/Sorority Life Graduate Assistant and was involved in Common Ground Social Justice Education, Men for Violence Prevention, and the SGA Board of Elections. He has additional experience at the University of South Carolina and Saint Leo University working with fraternities and sororities, and was an Orientation Intern at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Thomas has been at UMass since 2019 and has experience in advising numerous Greek councils and Registered Student Organizations, along with experience in orientation, Title IX programs, TIPS and BASICS Alcohol Training, risk management, and community engagement. He is an active member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors since 2010 and serves on the alumni board for several New England Phi Delta Theta chapters. In his free time he enjoys trivia contests, game nights, curling, playing the saxophone, and watching Red Sox games.

Jacara Youmans, from Springfield, MA, graduated from UMass in Spring 2022. She studied History and Minored in Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies. During this time, she became a member of the Pi Iota chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, where she served as an active member. Jacara has experience in student conduct, event management and community engagement. Currently, she is a member of her sorority’s local chapter in Springfield. During her time as an undergrad, she served as the president of She is Goals. “She is Goals” is a student-led women's empowerment organization at UMass. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She’s a huge Netflix fan and loves to shop!
Madeleine Wilson '24

Madeleine Wilson, a 2024 graduate of UMass Amherst from Wilbraham, MA, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Public Health, concentrating in Health Policy and Management. During her time at UMass, she joined the Beta Beta Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi in 2021, where she was Vice President of Panhellenic and contributed to several committees. Madeleine is passionate about enhancing Panhellenic life at UMass and is eager to make a positive impact in this area. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, listening to EDM music, and practicing yoga.
