History of Art & Architecture

The close-knit Master of Arts in the History of Art and Architecture accepts students from a wide variety of academic backgrounds with a broad range of career goals in mind. In the program, you’ll take courses about a diverse range of cultures, learning about them in intimate graduate seminars. You’ll also get the hands-on experience you need through internships in museums and historical associations, teaching assistantships, and the possibility of an independent study to pursue special interest topics under the guidance of a faculty member.

NOTE: Students will only be eligible for consideration for funding if they apply for the Jan. 15 deadline. Students accepted after the Oct. 1 deadline will not be eligible for funding their first year in the program.
