Having Trouble Streaming the Videos?

Try this first!

Please try visiting https://portal.office.com in your browser and sign in with your UMass credentials (netid@umass.edu and password). Then return to and refresh the video page.

If the problem persists, please find advice below organized by browser. 

Safari

iOS Safari

  1. Click the Settings app on your home screen and navigate to Settings>Safari>Privacy & Security
  2. Disable “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”
  3. Return to and refresh the videos page, click to sign in to Stream with your UMass credentials (netid@umass.edu and password).
  4. Select “Yes” when asked to stay signed in.

macOS Safari

  1. Click the Safari in the menu bar, then Preferences>Privacy>Website tracking
  2. Uncheck “Prevent Cross Site Tracking”
  3. Return to and refresh the videos page, click to sign in to Stream with your UMass credentials (netid@umass.edu and password).
  4. Select “Yes” when asked to stay signed in.

Chrome

iOS and Android Chrome

  1. Click to open a video in a new window.
  2. Choose the first option “To see this content, sign in.”
  3. Sign in to Stream with your UMass credentials (netid@umass.edu and password).
  4. Select “Yes” when asked to stay signed in.
  5. Refresh the video page.

macOS or PC Chrome

  1. Click to open a video in a new window.
  2. Choose the first option “To see this content, sign in.”
  3. Sign in to Stream with your UMass credentials (netid@umass.edu and password).
  4. Select “Yes” when asked to stay signed in.
  5. Return to and refresh the video page.

FireFox

iOS and android FireFox

  1. Click to open a video in a new window.
  2. Choose the first option “To see this content, sign in.”
  3. Sign in to Stream with your UMass credentials (netid@umass.edu and password).
  4. Select “Yes” when asked to stay signed in.
  5. Return to and refresh the video page.

macOS FireFox

  1. Click to open a video in a new window.
