In this session, graduate students, postdocs, and faculty will discuss the importance of supporting ourselves as teachers so we can offer better educational experiences for our students. Topics will include: course design choices that support our wellbeing; self-knowledge as an instructor; mindful preparation for live and synchronous instruction; and mechanisms that support reflective teaching and learning.
