We are excited to share that our planned construction will begin on June 30. As promised, we will do our best to share updates with neighbors here. Construction fencing and erosion barriers will be installed the week of June 30. Removal of broken concrete behind the marine station will begin on July 7. Expect noise from concrete removal and increased truck traffic during that week. Apologies in advance for any disturbance this causes. I have been assured by our contractors that they will do their best to keep the most disruptive (loud) activity to confined to the shortest timeframe possible. While the public is welcome to continue accessing the property, please do so at your own risk, paying close attention to safety signage and increased presence of vehicles in and out of the property.
