All incoming international students at the University of Massachusetts Amherst are required to attend the New International Student Orientation hosted by the International Student and Scholar Services.
Upon receipt of the I-20 or DS-2019, all students are added to a pre-arrival platform that contains information about travel, arrival, and living at UMass.
- F-1 graduate students and J-1 exchange students, log in to Homebase.
- F-1 undergraduate students, log in to Canvas.
