USIEF Fulbright-Nehru Visiting Chair

UMass Amherst hosts a Fulbright-Nehru Visiting Chair to teach and conduct research in public policy and promote mutual understanding between the United States and India through engagement with the UMass Amherst community.

The University of Massachusetts Amherst engages the Fulbright-Nehru Visiting Chair in four core activities spanning undergraduate and graduate education, a faculty seminar, guest lecturing, and participation in national public policy conferences. Among the many outcomes, the program allows for the deepening of our existing partnerships with Indian universities.
