Hello! I'm Molly and I'm a 2nd year communications major. I studied abroad in London, England in fall 2023 with the CEA CAPA First-Year London Program. 

Although leaving the country wasn't a traditional way to start college, it was an amazing experience that I wouldn't trade for anything. I had the opportunity to explore the city, try delicious food, and form unique and special bonds with the people I travelled with. My favorite memories from being abroad all include spending time with friends and locals--eating curry on Brick Lane, navigating the tube every day, wandering around art museums, and getting ciders at the pub down the street. 

If you are deciding if you want to go abroad, I encourage you to take the risk. Learning how to travel, adapt to new cultures, and form deep connections with the new people around you is an extremely valuable life experience. You will discover you've gained more confidence, independence, and new perspectives.
