Hey everyone! My name is Mary Malloy and I am a Senior Finance major with a Spanish minor. I studied abroad this past spring in San Sebastain, Spain and I am studying in Costa Rica this January. I have always been passionate about travelling and knew I wanted to study abroad. I faced many challenges prior and during study abroad but it was such an amazing time it was all worth it. The week I got home from my study abroad I started researching when I could do it again! As a peer advisor I hope to inspire others to go abroad and have an amazing experience like I did as well as give advice to prevent students from making the same mistakes. Traveling is my favorite topic to talk about. I am so excited to share my experiences and hear where others hope to go. Going abroad comes with its challenges but is 100% worth it. I am happy to help people with planning their schedules, where they want to travel and how to pack as well as share my experiences with culture shock and making friends.
