Dylan's work focuses on estimating the erosion of coastal bluffs using lidar and GIS techniques. He is interested in whether or not coastal bluff erosion is a significant contributor of the fine-grain suspended oceanic sediments that salt marsh ecosystems are reliant upon in order to maintain their elevations above RSLR.
