Matthew D. Moore, associate professor in Department of Food Science, was recently elected President-Elect of Phi Tau Sigma, to be followed by a term as President.
In addition to being elected President-Elect, Moore has been recognized as a Lifetime Member of Phi Tau Sigma.
“Phi Tau Sigma is an exclusive honor society for food scientists and membership in it is a sign of academic and scientific excellence,” explained Moore. “It is a great honor to be elected to serve as President-Elect.”
