Mike Wagner is the Chief Executive Officer of Martin Bauer North America, where he leads the company’s strategy, operations, and growth across the region. With a strong technical foundation and a passion for innovation, Mike combines scientific expertise with business leadership to drive value for customers and stakeholders. He holds a B.S. in Food Science and a Ph.D. in Food Engineering from Cornell University, as well as an MBA from the College of William & Mary. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for advancing operational excellence, fostering innovation, and developing high-performing teams within the food, beverage, and nutrition industries.
