Xiaoke Xiang (advisor D. Julian McClements) was selected as 2024 Lee-SIP Scholar and won Proteins of the Future Challenge – 3rd Place and Best Poster at Food4Thought.  
Elizabeth Murphy has been awarded the 2024 Emily J. Prior award 

Graduates:  

Janvi Patel (advisor Lili He) won 1st place in the poster competition at AOAC annual conference.  
Pragathi Kamarasu and Sloane Stoufer (advisor Matt Moore) named to the Alliance to Stop Foodborne Illness’s 40 Food Safety Professionals under 40 
Yuzhen Zhang (advisor Lili He) was selected as one of 2024 Western Massachusetts Health Tech Challenge Finalists
