Nurstory Film Festival

Please join us in an afternoon of storytelling, engagement, and sharing.  We will show the digital stories of nurses and honor the contributions of nurses recognizing 2020 as the World Health Organization Year of the Nurse and the Midwife.

Ten Nurstory digital stories will be shown during this event.  Following each story, there will be a short discussion with the Nurse storyteller engaging with the audience.

Snacks and beverages will be available.

The event is free and open to the public.

In 2008, University of Massachusetts Nursing alum, Sue Hagedorn, and the founders of the digital storytelling movement, StoryCenter, began Nurstory, a collaborative project that examines how personal stories of nurses and other providers can contribute to nursing education, practice and professional voice.
