Maureen Perry Jenkins cited in Washington Post

The research of Maureen Perry Jenkins, former CRF director, was cited in a recent Washington Post article about the interaction between work and home life for working parents. Her research shows that an individual's mindset and beliefs about work manifest themselves into reality. Parents who employ a growth mindset, being “flexible, assertive, resilient, and discerning in the face of work-family conflict”  are better able to handle challenges at work and home.
