Advanced career faculty and librarians—defined as within ten years of retirement and emeritus—are vital to our campus intellectual and cultural community. We want to emphasize this since recent research reveals that those at late career, and especially women in senior roles, face critical challenges.

Whether mentoring, establishing a legacy, planning a swan song, or transitioning to a new role or retirement, OFD is developing programming to fit your particular needs. We aim to provide venues for you to continue to develop your community and share your expertise and wisdom and to honor you. Stay tuned!
