OFD’s Research and Engagement program offers this page as a guide to campus supports, information, and on-demand resources to take your research, engagement, and creative activities to the next level. We host an Academic Freedom Crisis Toolkit and list award opportunities available for the great work you do. OFD also sponsors workshops and conversations on research.
The tabbed resources below list people and units on campus who can help. The first step to research support is to contact your chair and/or college associate dean for research. Institutes, centers, and other units that support research and engagement may also be helpful. The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research & Engagement is the go-to unit for pre- and post-award services for federal grants, including compliance and centralized funding opportunities.

If you haven’t already, take a look at the New Faculty Quick Start Guide’s research tab, which also holds a wealth of information.
