In Fall 2023, OFD is piloting a new leadership training series for our Assistant and Associate Deans. The series includes a combination of subject-area mutual mentoring (Research, Undergraduate, Graduate, DEI) and all-AD leadership trainings.

Mutual Mentoring Groups

OFD facilitates regular small groups to support assistant and associate deans working in research, with undergraduates, with graduates, and in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
