"Change your opinions, keep to your principles; change your leaves, keep intact your roots." - Victor Hugo

While always a component of academic life, ambiguity looms large in our lives and work in this moment. How do we support ourselves and our students with so much uncertain? How do we make decisions when we don't even know what questions to ask? How do we maintain our sanity in the midst of it all?

For the academic year 2025-26, we will be navigating ambiguity. Throughout this year, we will explore how to plan and act in a turbulent world, embrace the creativity found in (even unasked for) change, lean into our values, build community, and manage the anxiety that comes with the unknown.

Join us as we learn and practice how we can better navigate ambiguity, together.
