- If the situation involves bias related to the faculty’s racial/ethnic/gender/LGBTQ+ identity, the Office of Equity and Inclusion can be brought in (umass.edu/diversity/incident-report-form).

Employee Misconduct or Discrimination
- If the situation involves employee misconduct, discrimination, or harassment, the Equal Employment Opportunity Office should be brought in (@email; 413-545-3464).
