Faculty directors light the way all across campus, leading freestanding academic units, centers, institutes, schools, and more. This programming supports them in these critical roles.

OFD’s Faculty Directors Leadership Development program is designed to help faculty directors—whether they are grant-funded, in an academic or administrative unit, tenure track, or non-tenure track—find community and support, enhance leadership skills, and connect with campus resources.
