The Value of Gendered Mentoring Networks in Mid-Career and Beyond: OFD Mutual Mentoring Projects Showcase
Are you in your mid-career and not sure what's next? Come hear from a panel of faculty who have conducted projects on mid-career and beyond, mingle with others interested in applying for mutual mentoring grants, and join us to celebrate our mid-career women faculty and mutual mentoring! Faculty and librarians at any stage of their career and from all genders are encouraged to attend, especially if you are thinking of applying for an OFD Mutual Mentoring grant.
This year, we'll showcase mutual mentoring initiated by women and for women in mid-career and beyond. In this panel, faculty will present briefly on their mutual mentoring team projects. Participants will hear about the vairty of ways that faculty found mentors, designed and implemented their projects, and the impact of this mutual mentoring on their careers and their lives.
After the presentation, discussion will be facilitated by Associate Provost Angela de Oliveira. The panel will be followed by a reception with drinks and appetizers.
