Strategies for Wellbeing
Sponsored by Workplace Learning and Development, the College of Natural Sciences, and the Office of Faculty Development
This session will give participants an opportunity to engage with key techniques to support overall wellbeing and resilience in life, daily work, and career, building upon the Wellbeing workshops offered earlier this spring semester.
Presenters: Paul Papierski, WL&D Sr. Organizational Development Consultant and Karen S. Whelan-Berry, CNS Director of Faculty Development and Programs
Start Your Summer mini-series is four days of optional morning sessions for faculty to reflect on the semester and focus on the moment we are in, to engage in summer planning, consider current research strategies, learn tools for time management, and/or take time for writing with colleagues. Each day offers a different topic. The link you receive upon registering will give you access to all of the sessions, so you may choose when to engage.
