The Practice of Loving Kindness: Metta Meditation
Metta meditation roughly translates to “lovingkindness”; it is a Buddhist practice in which we intentionally focus our minds and energy on strengthening our love for others and ourselves. In this workshop, participants will find connections with themselves and each other through meditation. We will explore how this practice can best bring a sense of renewal to our lives. All faculty and librarians are welcome, no prior experience with meditation is necessary.
