Hosted by the Office of Faculty Development in collaboration with the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences

This session will provide advice on expectations, setting goals, self-care and time management tools that are helpful to a successful year. There will be time to engage with  faculty colleagues and problem solve strategies.  Participants will look at what supports their flow, review and apply effective time management tools, and identify strategies for being present and focused.

The First Year on Campus Series (FYOC) is geared to faculty in their first two years on campus. Each month, early career faculty from across campus gather for a facilitated session on a particular area of interest. Sessions include interactive activities, presentations and discussion among colleagues.

Facilitator: Jennifer Lundquist, Professor and Senior Associate Dean of Research and Faculty Development, College of Social and Behavioral Sciences
