Hosted by Wellbeing, Access and Prevention/Student Affairs and Campus Life
According to the most recently available data from the Centers for Disease Control and the National Center for Health Statistics adults reported considerably elevated adverse mental health conditions associated with COVID-19. Not only are students age 18-24 showing the most elevated levels of distress, but recent articles in our professional literature suggest conditions are rife for faculty and staff burnout. This interactive workshop/forum will first attend to faculty and staff wellbeing with opportunities for conversation and focus on resources. Second we will explore the state student mental health in COVID, review programs and supports already offered, and highlight ways to integrate wellbeing into all aspects of campus life.
