Building High Quality Connections at Work

As faculty, we spend a lot of time working with others – collaborators, students, staff and administrators. The quality of these work relationships – i.e., how positive or negative they are - has a significant impact on the quality of work lives. In this workshop, you will learn about research-based approaches to analyze your work relationships and strategies for improving the quality of them.   

This session will be led by Emily Heaphy, Chancellor's Leadership Fellow and Associate Professor of Management.
