Dr. Angela C.M. de Oliveira provides vision and leadership for the Office of Faculty Development, focusing especially on leadership development, mentoring, mid-career, awards and recognition, as well as community, inclusion, and wellness programs to support healthy, equitable, thriving faculty and departments.

Michelle J. Budig is Senior Vice Provost for Faculty & Academic Affairs and Professor of Sociology.

Dr. Leyla Keough-Hameed provides leadership in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of faculty development programs, focusing especially on early faculty, mutual mentoring, community building and DEI, and strategic planning to facilitate faculty professional growth and well-being.  

Dr. Rebecca Dingo provides leadership in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of OFD programs that support faculty and librarians as writers and researchers at all stages of the research and writing process—from idea to publication.

Emily Graves specializes in strategic communications, impactful events, & shaping OFD's visual brand.

Hannah Fiske provides administrative support to the OFD team including with financial and personnel planning, preparation, and management; the coordination of office operations; and providing executive level assistance to the Associate Provost

Dr. Emily Heaphy provides research-based training and support for department chairs in improving departmental climate and belonging among faculty and staff. She also provides workshops open to all faculty interested in building positive work relationships at work.

Dr. Jason Hooper develops, implements, and evaluates programs that engage and support non-tenure-track faculty across campus, including clinical faculty, extension faculty, lecturers, and research faculty. This signature programming involves professional development workshops, mutual mentoring opportunities, and other events to foster community.

Molly Watstein coordinates logistical aspects of OFD events and supports various communications projects including email marketing and inquiry response, program application processes, and website maintenance.
