The Internal Advisory Board advises on OFD’s priorities, as well as the programming and resources offered to help faculty and librarians work, live, and thrive on campus. It is comprised of faculty-facing units and stakeholders, including all UMass Associate Deans for Research and up to two additional representatives from each school, college, and other collaborative offices. Members serve a two-year term, during which they gather once a semester to reflect on current faculty professional development needs and look ahead to how OFD can better support the faculty at UMass Amherst.
