Facilities Service Center

The Facilities Service Center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Contact the Facilities Service Center if you discover an emergency in a building, on campus, with utility services, or at a construction site. 

Work Management Specialists

Work Management Specialists are responsible for the process by which the campus community requests facilities work and the systems used to track work orders, ensuring that work flows efficiently from intake to completion.  

Residential Service Desk

Each Residential Service Desk is staffed by a team of full-time and student staff dedicated to giving you the best possible experience in the Residence Halls! Residential Service Desk Coordinators, Residential Service Desk Coordinators, and Customer Service Associates will be available to answer your questions and provide hall related services.
