Ray Jackson

As Executive Director of Facilities Management, Jackson oversees a diverse department that is responsible for operational services and sustainability as well as custodial, grounds, utilities, alterations, building maintenance, and waste management covering nearly 14 million square feet of space at UMass Amherst. Facilities Management is a complex organization that operates successfully through the diligent efforts of our highly motivated and dedicated personnel.
