David Dower

As executive director of campus development, Dower will lead the campus capital program’s development of plans to determine future capital programs for delivery of UMass Amherst’s buildings, facilities infrastructure, campus landscape and support services, as well as the implementation of a comprehensive portfolio of capital and real estate projects, including acquisitions and new construction, renovations, infrastructure replacement and improvements.
