UMass Fine Arts Center | Angel Ticket Program New-Member Organization Application Form Complete this form to apply for membership to the Angel Ticket Program. To be eligible for this program your organization must be a registered non-profit service agency working with underserved populations who would otherwise be unable to attend performances. The program is not available for individuals or independent groups. Tickets awarded to member organizations are available only to clients, group coordinators or chaperones. Once approved for membership, you will receive a link to make ticket requests for your organization, which will include request due dates. Ticket award notifications for performances will then be mailed to your organization soon after each due date. Due to high demand and limited ticket availability, it is not always possible to meet all requests for all events. If you have requested more tickets for a performance than we are able to grant, then you will be able to purchase additional tickets at the youth rate regardless of the age of your clients.
