Abrah Dresdale is a social designer, consultant, and educator. Her work is about personal and cultural regeneration by design. In her commitment to social justice and cultivating systemic change, she focuses on uplifting the personal, collective, and ecological dimensions within all of the projects she stewards. Fostering others’ imagination, agency, and trust in their embodied experience are central tenets of my pedagogy. She is the co-founding Director of Regenerate Change and a faculty member at UMass Amherst in the Stockbridge School of Agriculture.

Regenerative Design for Changemakers: A Social Permaculture Guide is an compelling and accessbible guide for organizational changemakers, consultants, college students, and transdisciplinary educators pursuing a regenerative future for the 21st century.

Burnout, discouragement, and overwhelm are inevitable patterns for changemakers. Abrah's book reminds us that we are creative, powerful agents who can shape our personal circumstances and exert influence on wider social systems. The regenerative design tools and exercises offer readers practical ways to align with their highest potential and design profound change in their personal life, organizations, and in the world
