Stop by the Sleep Fair for activities, vendors and freebies!.

Then, come to “Sleepless @ UMass." Rebecca Spencer, an associate professor of psychological and brain sciences, explains what sleep does for you, what happens when you don’t get enough, and how to overcome sleep challenges.

Spencer is director of the graduate program in neuroscience. She has been continuously funded for sleep research by the National Institutes for Health for more than 10 years. As director of the Sleep, Cognition, and Action Lab, she currently holds over $2 million in NIH funding for studies of sleep across the lifespan.
