Music Performance: Jazz Ensemble I/Studio Orchestra

The Department of Music and Dance presents Jazz Ensemble I and Studio Orchestra, under the direction of Jeffrey W. Holmes. The concert will include music from Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story featuring guest vocalist William Hite, plus Jazz Ensemble I performing Buddy Rich’s 'West Side Story Medley' for Big Band. Also on the program are new works by graduate students Brian Martin, Owen Ross and Zack Bartolomei, plus Ramon Ricker's 'Sound Down,' Keith Foley's 'Uncle Heavy's Pork Chop Revue,' and Thad Jones’s arrangement of 'All of Me.'
