Menu and Program: "Diet for a Cooler Planet"

The food industry is one of the largest contributors to global climate change. This event is a night focused on creating a realistic diet that can reverse the impact of carbon already released into the environment. There are many agricultural and eating practices that have this environmental-mindfulness and carbon capture at their core. This night's menu and program aim to highlight eight principles of a climate focused diet. There will be a panel discussion about the growing movement for carbon farming/agroforestry and health soil policy in our region.
