Meditation: Here and Now

In a world that is constantly changing, staying grounded can be a helpful way to cope. Participants will learn new meditation tools, revisit familiar techniques, and work to build their individual meditative tool kit. Receive the psychoeducation and learn the science behind meditation. Start a new practice today! This group is scheduled for Mondays from 2-4pm. It will be held via Zoom.
