Managing Obsessive Thoughts

Group starts once full.

Are you struggling with obsessive thoughts? Have you ever thought that you might have OCD? In this eight-week group we will work through a treatment protocol aimed to help you understand, cope with, and reduce obsessive thought

All groups are canceled on campus closure days and spring break .
