Good health is every person’s birthright, and a life free of disease and pain is our human legacy. We can draw from our vast inner resources to transform the quality of our health and lives. When combined with proper lifestyle habits, the commitment to this inspired ideal can not only reverse and prevent disease, but halt premature aging. We can then awaken to our wondrous potential and bring about a new era of universal well-being for ourselves, our planet and all other beings.
