William Blomquist, professor of political science and adjunct professor of public and environmental affairs at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, speaks on "Notes from the Underground On the Role of Governance in Natural Resource Management."

Blomquist's research focuses on governmental organization and public policy with a specialization in the field of water institutions and water management.

Co-sponsored by the School of Earth and Sustainability, Institute for Social Science Research and the School of Public Policy.
