Hattian Carnival is a celebration held over several weeks each year leading up to Mardi Gras. It is the largest annual carnival held in the capitol and biggest city in Haiti, Pot-au-Prince. Also known as Kanaval, Hattians dress in traditional colorful garments and/or disguise themselves wearing masks. Join us as we partake in this beautiful tradition and make masks of our own.
